brakes overheating? 900 1993

I replaced my instrument cluster a few days ago and the Service light came on after starting up. After driving a little the service lights goes off and the ABS light comes on. I've been having issues with the ABS pulsing at low speeds. I havn't cleaned the sensors yet, but today I came across another problem.

I drove to work and opened my door to a gust of VERY warm air (at least 110 degrees) that was too warm for the weather around me. Then I heard a loud fan. This is with my ignition off. The fan noise was coming from beneath the hood and I pinpointed a lot of heat radiating from my brakes. I didn't have time to inspect further but I'm worried something major is wrong. What should I do about this?
