A/C blower not working 700 1989

My blower stopped working, wont run on any setting. Prior to it stopping conpletely, the blower would briefly run high when I depressed the brake as if there was a loose connection or ground. Would a bad resistor cause this, and is there a relay that may have gone bad. I also need a relay diagram of the 89 760 turbo b230ft if anyone has it. There used to be one in the FAQ's however I am unable to download or print. Can a bad check valve or vacuum leak cause the blower problem.
