Instrument Lights 200

1985 245ti instrument lights are all out...I checked the fuse for them and replaced with a new one...I think it was slot 16 if I remember correctly...Everything is out all lights even on the the shift indicater...Everything else works, signals headlights even the dome lights....Is there a fuse some where other than the fuse box that I'm unaware of...Please help this is very frustrating..
