D-Type OD problem 120-130

Many possibilities for slipping.

Actuating pistons in upside down, wrong O-rings on the actuating pistons, clamping bars not fully seated, pump check ball or spring in wrong or damamged, pump body incorrectly positioned, relief valve spring weak or damaged. A small piece of dirt where it should not be in the fluid path after the pump pick up.

But I'd wager the most likely in this situation is the solenoid is out of adjustment. Solenoid adjustment is critcal with a very fine correctly adjusted linkage position. Requires a 3/16 inch drill bit and an amp meter capable of measuring 13 plus amps. Also this does not require the OD to come off to attempt correction.

I forwarded a diagram and instructions for solenoid adjustment to the e-mail address which the board provided with the question post.
