Low idle, stalling 700 1991

I hadn't thought of checking the turbo hoses and sure enough I found one blown. However, a quick repair until the new one gets here did not change the idle problem.

My experience is that when they first open up they only cause problems under boost and soon progress to more pronounced changes in performance.

I am glad you mentioned that so as to save me problems in the near future.

I cleaned the idle motor and and checked the switch without changes. A slight adjustment of the linkage seemed to solve the problem.
