renewing driving light reflectors - can it be done ? 200 1980

My 1980 242GT came with a set of older Lucas brand driving lamps mounted to the top of the front bumper; number on the top is 02320012. They really throw a heck of a road beam, but both reflectors are getting rusty, one worse than the other.

Short of finding other reflectors that aren't so trashed, is there any way to freshen up these reflectors so I don't have to spring for another set of driving lights ? I have E-code headlights in already, and the factory fogs of course, but these Lucases really light up the night, and I'd like to keep them going if possible.
