CEL: 1-1-3, 2-3-2 HELP! 200 1993

Frustrating. Saw a similiar post, but solution may be different

Car was operating on the highway at 65mph and CEL pops. 95 degree day. No change in operation. Stop for fuel. Starts perfect and then idles rough to the point of shutting down. Can restart, force the idle high then throw it into gear and operate.

Checked EFI codes. 2 of the three 1-1-3 and 2-3-2. Third was lost. Manual indicates that I either have a rich or lean condition. We did get excellent gas mileage for the remainder 1000 miles (28-30 mpg).

Car has 130k miles. I checked my maintenance records and realized that I hadn't done a major tune-up in 30k miles, fuel filter was due and the fuel pump was the original. Did it all (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump). Found the Air Filter box hot air flap in the full hot position. Screwed it shut for full ambient air (we now live in very Southern Florida). Problem still there.
- Found loose intake connection after the AMM. Tightened. No change
- Pulled all air intake lines and inspected for leaks. None found. Inspected vacuum lines. Normal.
- Pulled, cleaned and reinstalled throttle body. No issue, no change.
- Pulled, clenaed and reinstalled idle control valve. No issue, no change.
- Pull out my trusty manuals and check all of the recommended electrical leads. Nothing.
- Using stethoscope, listened to injectors. All were clicking.
- Read post about similiar problem and changed out the Fuel Pressure Regulator even though it is only 50k miles old. No change.
- Tried pulling one injector harness at a time. Engine lugs worse as it should.
- Pulled fuel rail and cranked the engine. Good spritzes of fuel.
- Checked non-running coil measurements. Both okay.
- Tried pulling connector on AMM while running. Died. So AMM is presumed good.

So what next:
- Is the AMM suspect with that much extra hot air running across it even though its bench measurements and running evaluation appear to be okay?
- Air leak in intake manifold? best way to check?
- RPM sensor at the back of the engine? How do you check it directly (what ohms across which 2 of the 3 terminals)?
- Did I slip a notch on the timing belt? How do I know?

Other Ideas?!
