For parts for cars in a european market, try www.scandcar.nl I used to use them for my old 164.

I'm not sure if marine engine appplications will help -- i.e., Volvo-Penta is what you're thinking of? I'm probably wrong, but I can only think of the old B30 as a marinized car engine that's even close to the red-blocks (it wasn't, as it was an older pushrod design). The Volvo-Penta's that I know of are really GM blocks, V8s and perhaps also V6s -- I don't think that they ever marinized red-blocks. But you could research that further and see for yourself.
