What's the worst job to do on a 240?

I'm right in the middle of replacing the heater hoses as well as cleaning out the oil trap screen in my 245. I honestly think it would have been easier to just remove the intake manifold to do these jobs. What a pain in the rear! I wish I could throttle Sven Jorgensen (the mythical inventor of the 240 series cars whom I curse every time I have a hard time with the green bean).

Anyway, what else rivals these two jobs on a 240? I know a heater core replacement is a bear, but what else compares?
