95-960 in tank fuel pump not running 900 1995

I have checked all fuses and relays associated with the fuel pump but can not
read the 12 volts at the fuel pump input.
Has anyone been able to read 12v at the pump?

I can not hear the motor like i used to.
Which wires should have the 12v and ground?
