Weber conversions 1800

The most troublesome part of the fuel injection system is usually the wiring harness. 30+ years of use and it tends to become intermittent here and there. The green factory shop manual has an excellent description of the injection system, and diagnostic procedures for all of the components. You can also use the (factory) manual for a 72-73 140, as the injection system (whole engine, in fact) is identical.

That is why the ES is so practical--all the mechanical parts are shared with Volvo sedans---the chassis is 122, upgraded to four wheel discs, and the engine and gearbox are 140 items.
