Frequency valve cuts out after about 15 seconds after starting 200 1982

My frequency valve on my k-jet '82 245 is cutting out after about 15 seconds from start up.

If I disconnect the O2 sensor, it comes back on, but will cut out if the O2 sensor is plugged back in, so I'm pretty sure the O2 sensor is to blame.

My sensor is fairly new, but I ran some Seafoam through the engine and the gas. If this is the root of the problem, is there some way to clean the thing, or should I just replace it?
