Need professional opinion (740t 85) idle 700 1985

OK guys week 2 on trying to get my car going. (previous posts)
The car now starts and runs...with IAC disconnected it idles at about 2000, with it connected it idles very roughly at about 850-1000. I have not adjusted the TPS yet nor have I cleaned the throttlebody. Any suggestons on what would be the best step?
