Update on tests....HELP!!! 200 1982

Bruce,
I yanked out the O2 sensor and it was covered in carbon black. I burned the carbon off with a propane torch as you suggested. I reinstalled the sensor and am having the same symptoms of the frequency valve cutting off after about 15 seconds. When I unplug the O2 sensor, the engine runs rougher, the frequency valve starts buzzing again, but I can tell the engine is running rich when I do this.

I measured the voltage on both the green and brown wires on the frequency valve and got 13.34V on the green wire and 13.24 on the brown wire.

Heck, maybe I just need to finish burning off this tank of gas with the Seafoam in it and see what happens when I refill the tank.

Is there something I should check on the ECU or the Lambda control unit?

Thanks!
