More problems with the BLUECAR 200

Hello all,

The saga of the blue car continues.

To remind you - problem of very high fuel consumption.

Yesterday, I went to the carborator man, who said that fuel consumption was at least 25% above normal. He overhauled the carb, and said that I should drive it for 500 km and then he would re-tune it.

He also said that timing was off (a problem which is apparent after the cleaning of the carb).

My question is this:

How can a timing problem appear following a carborator overhaul?

Waiting for a reply,

Thank you,

Gadi
