Fuse/Instrument panel?

Try turning the ignition key back from the Start position a little bit. This kind of thing is often caused by a sticky ignition switch. Sometimes it's as simple as having too much crap on your key ring.

The spring return for the switch is inside the electrical part of the switch, not in the lock mechanism, so lubricating the lock will help the key slide in and out better, but not turn more freely.

If indeed it is the switch, this piece can be purchased at your dealer. They're about US$40 here. Pretty easy to replace- the electricals just plug into the back of it, then two slotted screws hold the switch to the back of the lock. Hardest part is probably laying upside down under the dashboard to get at it.
