'Peace be the Volvo?'

So last week I find a sticker under the windshield wiper of the 242, on the same day the idle problem it's been having intermitantly became more constant.

Thanks for the sticker, Sarah A. I assume it was you on one of your walks.

Who makes these stickers? As Volvos go, anyone care to share their particular meaning for the sticker? My '82 is hardly peaceful, with it's raging B21LH(which the youngins swear sounds like a V8 - I supposed compared to a Honda it does).
