96 965 front rotor problems S90-V90

Perhaps you are too easy on the brakes? It is my belief that very few brake problems are due to warping. It is very hard to see the condition of the rotors that affects the coefficient of friction.

Aged rubber bushings in the later design 960/S/V/90 suspensions don't cause braking problems in my experience. (I replaced mine at about 90K to get rid of the "floppy" feel but the braking wasn't affected.)

I often come off the exit ramp and delay braking so I can practice hard braking without activating the ABS. My brakes have never given me any problems once I got the PO's surfaces worn off.

I sometimes give my wife's brakes an "Italian" tune up to refresh the braking surfaces. She spends a lot of time in slow stop and go traffic.
