Compatible axle swap candidates? 444-544

I am wondering what other Volvos would be acceptable candidates for a rear (and front hubs) axle swap?

Ultimately I am looking for a 4 wheel disc setup with a stronger rear axle. I would also like to use the same wheels all around the vehicle.

I understand that these parts from a 1970 or later 1800 would work, but would a junker 140 car be an acceptable donor car? Are there any specific years that share the same axle width?
