Need to replace rear right seatbelt on a 940 Wagon 900 1993

Hello, all.

I just noticed that the rear right seatbelt where my 10 year-old usually sits is nicked at the edge and has about a 0.5" cut in the webbing. This makes it difficult, but not impossible to pull the belt out to use. I really want to replace the belt, but have never done anything like that before (work a lot on this car, but mostly mechanical stuff and regular maintenance). What are the iisues here? I am very concerned with safety and proper seat belt operation. Where can I find a replacement? How difficult is is to install? If anyone has any insight, please share it with me.

thank you very much in advance!
