Rough idle when warm, where to look? 200 1988

My 1988 245A starts instantanously and idles smoothly when cold. However, at operating temperature the idle is somewhat rougher than I recall when it was younger, rougher than even last year. Also starts fine at operating temp. I know the B230 never idles silky smooth so I'm not expecting that. All components are OE level, no mods. It drives and performs well. What gremlins should I be looking for in my quest to improve idle smoothness?
