There is no need...

...for AMM Cleaning on any LH AMM up thru LH2.4, because these "Hot Wire" sensors are automatically cleaned by an ECU-initated "Burn-Off" sequence when the engine is shut off.

This sequence (after any run where 3000rpm has been detected) heats the platinum hot wire to 1800°F for one second, burning off any contaminants. I doubt that any spray can cleaner could improve on that.

Maybe because the the FWD cars use the later "Hot Film" AMM? I'm not familiar with that type, but it doesn't sound like it would have a burn-off cleaning sequence, so maybe CRC does some good there.
