Bug your local Volvo PENTA dealer... They still make b18s for boats. The last time I needed one I found that Volvo cars didn't have them but my local marine supply place could order one for me.... The part number is the same ('thrust flange' #418267) and cost me about $8 and showed up in several days. This was three or four years ago but I would think you can still get them...
