Power Window Switch/ Trim Piece 900 1995

This is a weekend for our cars. Driver's window wasn't closing so I removed the switches and cleaned and bent back those little rocker pieces. Works fine now. In the process, I removed the upholstered trim that sits in the recess where the door handle and switches sit by prying off with one of those upholstery tools. Shouldn't have done that. Now I can't get the trim back on. It looks like I should have tried sliding tham off the three fasteners. Now the fasteners don't align with the slots on the trim because the flat ends of the fasteners are bent. It looks like they are screwed to the door, but the base turns as well when I try screw them out. Advice appreciated for next step. It's all cosmetic, but looks better with the trim back on. Thanks.
