Suspension Bushing install. 120-130 1966

Ah, for the first time I need to hand over one of the cars to a professional. To settle all the clunking from the front in the 142, I purchased the front suspension kit in rubber from IPD. To install, I chose the local trusted Volvo shop. They threw a minor tantraum at the idea, but eventually agreed on it if I could give them a week and several hundred dollars.

I have the same kit for my '66 122 sedan, as well as one for the rear, awaiting install. I loathe to tell them I want to do the same and thensome on another, older car. The '66 is less noisy going over bumps, but many of the bushings are collapsed or partially missing. Being put off the notion of professional assistance, I'd like advice on how much of these components I can do myself, what needs to be given over to the pros, and what kind of tools I'll have to round up. Alternatively, a better recommendation for who could manage the installation of these products would also be generously welcomed.

Cheers,
-Sean
