According to the FAQ, the B200E is one of the few types or Volvo red block engine that is an interference engine. I will assume this is correct.

That is, if the timing belt should break you will likely have valve and/or piston damage. Not a good thing.
For interference engines you can try to prevent belt failure by regular belt replacement, plus frequent inspection of the belt and its tensioner, front seals and all related parts. Of course these steps help prevent failures, but you have to pay for the inspections or do it yourself. And of course every now and then the belt could fail in spite of your best efforts.
So you have to judge the risk and consequences. If you can get a non-interference engine you almost don't have to worry about belt failures, just change the belt every 50K miles (about 80K km). If it should ever fail you only need a tow to a shop.
I'm not sure how the market is in Israel. If most of the RWD Volvos in your area are B200 engines you may not have much of a choice. This is something you will have to investigate locally.
