SERVICE RESET LOCATION 900 1993

I found several references to the location and procedure for resetting the service light, none of which matched the location on my car.I'm beginning to think my car is a Chinese knock off.Just wanted to go on record to say that on my 1993 940 the service light is reset by depressing a switch which is located at the bottom of the instrument panel between the clock and speedometer. There is a rubber cover which you remove and then depress the switch with a pointed object with the warning lights etc lit up.
