I have looked at quite a few 122s under the hood but can't recall what the deal is with the hose in question. Just did not pay attention or notice, it seems there must be something that keeps it in place but can't remember what. I guess that it could go thru the small wire clamp that is on the LH fender where the harness and hood release go but it seems like there must be something that keeps it from getting caught between the hood and firewall, maybe not though.
