Top Dead Center 91 240 automatic? 200 1991

OK - I am replacing the water pump, drive belts, front seals and timing belt on my 155000 mile 240. Going to replace the radiator hoses and flush the cooling system too. First time I have tried the timing belt. I have Haynes, but a new Bentley manual is on the way through FCP Groton. Have a counterhold tool on the way too..... including it and the Bentley, all parts are at $250 - dealer wanted $800.

I have found multiple versions of TDC - line up the sprocket at the marking on the cover, turn it to zero degrees, open up and check the distributor...... which is the best was to be sure I don't mess up the timing belt change?

Thnaks for the help!

David
