Still having problems with headlights 200 1988

Okay....thank you all for helping me a couple of months ago with my headlight problem.....they still dont work...

So I'm going to replace the bulbs and see if that works

Okay, the brights are coming on though...so in the mean time...is there a way to keep the brights on w/o holdong down the lever thingy?
