780 buying advice needed 700

I have an opportunity to buy a 1989 Volvo 780 with the turbo 4 cylinder engine. The car is a one owner has only 64000Km on the Odo and has never been winter driven. The owner is fussy and the car has full service records since new. I test drove the car and it runs and handles great as a Volvo should. It comes with an extra set of alloy wheels and tires. It has Bembro brakes which I don't belive were stock. The rear suspension seems to be fine. The price is $10000 Canadian. Is this about right for price? too much? great deal? I like the car but my reseach on the web indicates that the prices are all over the map and the Kelley Blue Book and NADA guides show retail prices in the $4000 range.
