AC servo replacement. 900

Hello,

My 960 has the AC problem where accelerating causes the air to go to the floor instead of the upper outlet vents. I read the procedure to cut open the AC box and remove the 10mm bolts from the vacuum servo in order to replace it.

Seems like a real pain just to get the outside servo removed.

My question is this: would it be possible to hack saw the the connecting bolts from the outside (with a thin hack saw blade) in order to remove the servo, and then replace it by super glue or some sort of tape/reinforcement brackets.
If i did manage to do this, what are the inner connections - just vacuum lines?

Thanks.
