HELP! !!!!!! Timing Belt Confusion 200 1991

Everything was going so well........ I put the new belt on with all at TDC. The mark lined up on the cam sprocket and the intermediate, I know it doesn't on the crankshaft sprocket. Anyway, I turned the thing a couple of times, and the marks went everywhere. I paniced, and took the belt off......

If I set all three back to the marks am I ok to reinstall the belt? Did I do any damage?
