Got A pair of turbo sway bars from the junyard!! ( the front was easy to get off ..the rear one was very hard ? ) any advice on installing the rear sway bar? 200 1991

I need some step by step advice on installing the rear sway bar. The problem is when you take the old one off the rear control arms drop ( or suspension) and I have alot of trouble getting the bolt from the shock absorber out. all help is greatly appreciated, thanks ,rf64
