Engine Miss At higher RPMs and load 200 1991

What could be causing a miss on a B230 at about 1200rpm and up under load?

The strange thing is when you first step on the gas the car accelerates great untill the some speed then starts the miss. At highway speeds car has no power.

Plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor have all been replaced. Coil has been swapped with a known good one, same for the fuel pump and filter. The injectors appear to be working, because when one is disconnected the engine slows down. The Catalytic converter is not plugged up.
I am stumped, any ideas???
