SPARK PLUG WIRES

On my 1989 240 dl with the b230f engine I have the strangest looking sparkplug wires I have ever seen. I recently had a misshap with one while I was tring to find the source of my engine woes ; it was running rough not wantiong to accelerate and sound like it had a miss. Any way I broke one of the wires and I can't find any like them. They are blue in color, have a little triangel symbol on them and say BWC premium hi-temp silicone-copper core. At the end that attaches to the spark plug there is what apears to be a metal heat sheild that says 5k then the ome symborl then a funy looin f with a arch over it and then Germany stamped below that. Could they be the orignal wires????? where can I find some to replace them??? Thanks Chris
