Strange noise when turning left 900

I have a '95 940 turbo that has developed a strange noise when turning left. I have checked all braking parts, nothing loose or damaged. The rubber bushings on the sway bar are somewhat deteriorated. With the car in the air, no noise or vibration when turning the steering wheel. The chattering only occurs when tire is on the road and turning left. The vibration can be felt in the steering wheel. What should I look for when chasing down this noise/vibration?

Thanks
David
