Idle Adjust Question 200

I am going through the systems on a new-to-me =91 240. It has been idling poorly so I removed the throttle body and cleaned it thoroughly, adjusted the throttle switch, accelerator cable, and throttle linkage. Now it is idling too fast and I need to slow it down.

Bentley's says to ground the blue-white test connector and turn the idle air bypass screw to adjust. I have two problems with this:

--I don't see a blue-white test connector anywhere on the wiring harness. I have looked all around the strut tower, checked everything on the driver's side from firewall to the front. No test connector that I can see.

--I also don't see the bypass screw. Bentley's has a picture of the screw, but my engine doesn't have that screw where the picture shows it should be.

Any suggestions?
