Starter motor 700

A new starter was just put in by my mechanic and burned out 3 days later. I'm trying to replace it but can't move the bolts to save my life. I called my mechanic and he said he didn't turn them hard but I've tried twice in two days and can't get them to budge. Granted I'm on my back in the dirt. ANY ideas would help as I really need my car back on the road and don't really feel like burning $120 for the tow 6 miles to his shop. I didn't try PB Blaster as since a new motor was just put in I didn't think it would help.

TIA

Brian
