240 longevity 200

hi.. I own a 1993 240 which has 150,000 miles of usage. The car runs fine, has been well maintained and shows only little cosmetic signs of age which can be easily fixed, restored or repainted. I would like to know if it's time to sell the car... before something expensive breaks down. I like this car and i would be very happy to keep it but, the wife doesn't trust riding in it because of the high mileage. I tried to convice her that the Volvo 240 is more reliable than her Japanese car and will easily add another 100,000 miles with good care. Am I telling her the absolute tuth? I'm not sure myself if this model can do all the things I hear about... high mileage, safety, able to leap tall buildings....
thanks for and support,
AL
