Passenger Window Switch- How to remove? 200 1990

On my 88 245, in addition to first removing the screws in the arm rest part you then rotate the arm rest assembly upward at 30-45 degrees because it is "keyed" and there are two slots for tabs on the upper grab portion of the armrest. It is strictly by feel. Perhaps later models were attached differently. Reinstalling is done in reverse; first line up the slot/tabs, then rotate downward and install screws but don't tighten until both screws are in.
