Won't start when warm without gas 900 1994

'94 945T with Bosch.

Stopped a couple of times on the way home last night and the car would start but immediately cut off unless you pressed the gas pedal, after which it ran OK.

The idle is occasionally too low when you start it also and the check engine light flickers on then goes off once you rev it slightly, again only when it's warm and intermittently. I plan on checking for codes, cleaning the throttle body and IAC valve but would be grateful for any other ideas.

Thanks
