Rear camshaft plug??? 200

I am replacing the valve cover gasket on my 91 240 to address a slow oil leak, and thought I would replace the rear camshaft plug while I was at it. Not sure if the leak originated at the rear of the valve cover or at the plug, as I had it held in place with a retainer from IPD.

How do you get this thing out to replace it? I know the normal route is to have it exit on its own!

Thanks as always!

Dave
