exhaust system replacement 200 1990

I plan on repalcing my exhaust this weekend. I have ramps and jack stands. At first I thought it would be simple to drive the fron end on the ramps, then but the rear on the stands. Not having a wheel on the ground to chock makes me nervous. Maybe I should just put the passenger side on the stands (front and rear) and go from there.

Any thoughts? Getting the whole car up seems easy and gives greatest access, but I am worried is it really safe?

Thanks for all the input and advise. I have learned a lot in a short time here
