Will that fix it? 200 1980

"can this fix the problem?"

I can't guarantee that!

Per the owner's manual, the auto tranny holds 7.8 qt, or maybe about 7.5 litres.
You changed about two qt. Better than nothing, but not what you need to do.

The FAQ procedure will have you flush about 16 qt or litres through the system, changing 2 qt. or 2 l. every time. That should get out the old stuff. When done, the tranny will have about 90% or more new fluid.

I can't promise that will solve the problem. But it can't hurt, and it's cheap to do. Any service by a professional shop will cost serious money. Around here they charge about $100 to change the tranny fluid, and maybe 15X that to repair/rebuild one.
