Lots of things could cause the difference .... 200

My driving pattern locally is pretty much the same as before I noticed decline in mpg locally. I do sometimes not always use same gas station. Try to but when away from home I use what I can find and recently have been between states(NJ & PA). Aye Roll brought up an interesting point : For a while parking brake light in my cluster was not working(although sometimes it would work intermittingly). Recently it has started working regularly. What would/could this have to do with affecting local driving mpg ??
