regarding loose exhaust manifold to header pipe bolt 200

upon very close examination it is NOT loose
it has snapped off leaving the threaded part inside the very bottom of the exhaust manifold and another 1/4" of bolt stud.

the bolt head and half the bolt length simply fell into my hand as hand turned it.

ok all you rusted bolt removers out there!

what tools do i need beforehand so as not to rue the day i begin this

and what steps should take

please reply as if you're speaking with a polite intelligent child

and of course the really important question!!!!!

should i even attempt this extraction?

i not stupid

only inexperienced!
