Squeeking heater fan 700 1987

Hi:

I have a 1987 740 Turbo 5 speed on which I recently changed the heater fan. Soon after, I noticed a periodic sqeeking sound coming from that area under the dash. It happens whether or not the air is on but the fan has to be on. It seems to happen only on fan settings 1 and 2 (slower speeds). However, it happens especially when I first accelerate and when I turn left but not when I turn right. I have tried this multiple times and it always occurs like this. Is this wild or what!

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Gary
