Timing gear source 120-130 1964

I got the steel set installed on my 144 over the weekend. Except for the slight whine, everything else appears normal. It cured the rattling noise I had at the front end on idle. The teeth on the fiber gears that I pulled out were chipped, and probaly that's what caused the rattle.
My mechanic says that the whine should reduce as the gears break in. He's got a set installed on his 122, and it did whine at first, but its nice and quiet now.
