My 1986 240 Wagon on Life Support!!!!!!May she rest in peace!!!!!! 200 1986

Went to lower my 1986 240 wagon on the safety jack when the chassis bracket started to bend towards the floor, on both sides behind front wheel!!!!! Cars only has 198,000 miles on it. It runs great and I will miss this car! Typical rust spots......like the rear tailgate window and behind the back seat.....I bought the car 11 years ago for 4400 dollars..... Might be my last 240...the wife want a mini van and I'll end up driving her 1987 240 gl. Unfortunately I don't fit in any other class of volvo....(I'm 6'6" 260 lbs). This the 3rd volvo I'll be driving to the junkyard.....Can't believe I'm getting rid of another car that runs so well!!!! Appreciate your 240s' while you have them, sometimes you don't what you've got till it's gone!!!!
